Acceptance of terms

By using this website or buying a report from Vectomat Insights, you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

Licence to use reports

When you buy a report you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your internal business purposes, within the limits of the licence type purchased (single user, multi-user or enterprise).

Ownership of the report and its contents remains with Vectomat Insights at all times.

Restrictions on redistribution

You may not resell, publish, distribute, post on public websites or shared drives, or otherwise make reports available to anyone outside your licence.

You may quote limited extracts in internal presentations, and in external material with prior written permission, provided Vectomat Insights is cited as the source.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our reports, including text, data, charts, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Vectomat Insights and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our reports are based on primary and secondary research, analysis and forecasts that we believe to be reliable at the time of publication. Forecasts involve uncertainty, and we do not guarantee that any estimate or projection will prove accurate.

Reports are provided for information only and are not investment, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectomat Insights is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our reports. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, applies to your use of the site and to purchases made after that date.
